Chaparral Pines Getaway

We had a blast yesterday up in Payson! Andrew, our dads and Doug went up to play some golf, and me and Babcia took the kids to the park and swimming! It was a hot day for Payson, but it was cooler than down in the Valley.

I love capturing photos of the kids doing kid things! Them playing at the park, in the sand and getting dirty! Although it makes me cringe sometimes to see sand going in places I know will be hard to get it out of, it's all part of being a kid! I have been working on letting myself become a more relaxed parent. One that allows them to fully experience life and learn from it as well. I can tell them sand will get somewhere and bother them, but it's better if they have fun and experience that they don't like sand stuck in those places themselves. Or if it doesn't bother them, more power to them!

Going up there and experiencing what Chaparral Pines has to offer always makes it harder to think about selling the spec home we are building up there. It always makes me fall in love with it more and more. The pool, the outdoors, the park, the golf; it's a win-win for everybody. Hoping we can find the perfect family to experience everything it has to offer, and appreciate the house we are putting together! Let me know if anybody is interested in seeing the plans we have for the #featherplumeproject. We will be getting a updated drawing of the exterior, and I am currently putting together selections, but now would be the time to get in contract for this house now, so you can have input in the selections! Feel free to message me for more info!

I mean, just look how much fun we are having up there!
