Dirty Carpets! Everybody's got 'em...right?

Please don't tell me I am the only one with dirty carpets. I feel like a piece of my heart breaks when something new spills on them. Ugh. I hate stains, I hate looking at them. I just feel like they make my home look so dirty. Truth be told: ACCIDENTS HAPPEN. We can do all we can and try to be the most careful and the inevitable happens. Like that one time [really, it was only one ☝️ ] you let your kid drink his bottle on the carpet and he turned it over, pinched the nipple, and just let it pour out on your carpet. Another great example: You know when your lovely dog gets mad at you for going on vacation or leaving him for just a little too long and he does diarrhea on your carpets. He really decides to make you pay when instead of just standing and doing the diarrhea on the carpet in one pile, he decides to walk and poop, walk and poop. Oh and that doesn't jut happen one room at a time, he likes to do multiple rooms while walking so there is a lovely trail. Yup that's my dog.

Lately, I have been thinking I just want to rip all the carpet out and figure something else out. We literally installed this carpet two years ago, and it just doesn't make sense to rip it out. Andrew convinced me to just get them cleaned and I am so glad I listened [for once...]. We got it cleaned by Coconut Cleaning Co. and man, I'm impressed. Not only did he take the time to specifically treat each spot, errrrr trail; he cleaned it all. Oh and here is the extra extra great part, THE CARPETS DON'T ACTUALLY TAKE 24 HOURS TO DRY!!!! Yes! Finally somebody got smart and figured out a better way to do carpet cleaning!!!! We have a super thick carpet pad and carpet, and ours takes 3-4 hours to dry. YES, three to four hours! Oh my lanta! [ #lifechanging ]. Here's the link to Coconut Cleaning Co.! Be sure to call them and let them know who referred you! Thanks Coconut Cleaning Co. for taking the diarrhea out of my carpets and making them look beachin' again! [See what I did there?]
